International Commissioning Engineers(ICE) - ICE provides extensive consulting and field-testing while contracting with a single source independent group. The ICE team consists of professional senior design staff with extensive experience in investigating, identifying and managing the remediation of failed buildings. On new construction, we conduct peer reviews to identify fatal design flaws, establish quality assurance procedures, review value engineering, and monitor test results thus providing an independent quality assurance agent for the owner. more info
