How to setup email clients(MS Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird, etc.) to download emails (XO Communications) invalid after Februrary 7th
You will need to log in after the link.

For those of you that need to download your webmail:
- Log in to you webmail account at admin.cnchost.com
- Move all the emails you want to keep to your(If you want to retain your sent and/or saved messages you should move them to your inbox. Once all messages are downloaded to your email client you can move them back to the appropriate folder.)
- To move messages:
- Start by going to any folder with messages you want to keep (example Sent messages) click the dropdown menu on the right side of the screen that says select messages
- select the item all
- click the next dropdown menu on the far right that says drafts
- select the item inbox
- click the button move
- this moves all selected messages to you inbox.
- Follow the instructions on How to setup email clients(MS Outlook, Eudora, Thunderbird, etc.) to download emails (XO Communications) You will need to log in after the link.
- Download your emails. This may take some time depending on how many emails you have.
- Move your sent/saved messages to the correct folder

After February 7th the above intstuctions will be invalid for pennairgroup.com emails.
You will need to use these instructions.
Usernames remain the same. Passwords will be sent to you via mail, fax or you can call 714-220-9091.
