Impact of $787 Billion Stimulus Plan
The “American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009’’, better know as the Stimulus Bill, which was signed into law by President Obama includes $7.7 billion for federal buildings used for construction, repair, and alteration of Federal buildings for projects that will create the greatest impact on energy efficiency and conservation.
